Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.3, the same is not yet decided. The petitioner requires the validity certificate, to be submitted latest by 30.08.2018 to confirm her admission.
