The Appeal filed by the Applicant/Appellant was admitted on 7th May 2015. The Applicant is now seeking bail. The Applicant is convicted for offence punishable under Section

cra4318.15 302 of the Indian Penal Code and was sentenced to suffer life imprisonment.

The Applicant was in custody during trial. The case thus proved against him in the lower Court is quite strong. It is based on eye witness account. The eye witness clearly stated that during broad day light, the Applicant had hacked his wife to death in her presence. The evidence against the Applicant would not allow us to release him on bail.

In the result, the Criminal Application is dismissed.
