The learned counsel for the applicant submits that on earlier occasion he had moved this Court seeking bail, but that application was withdrawn on 03/05/2016. The learned counsel further argued that the applicant is also a young boy, who was making his preparation for participating in competitive examinations. My attention is drawn to the documents annexed to the application, which points out that the applicant was to participate in the competitive examinations for recruitment of several posts in the State Govt. The learned counsel further argued that as yet the trial has not begun and as such the applicant can not be kept

2 Cr.Apln. 4283.2016 behind bars for indefinite period.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he be permitted to withdraw the application with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial. 3.

The learned A.P.P. has no objection for expediting the trial.

Considering the fact that the applicant is also a young boy, who was trying to settle in life by appearing in competitive examinations, the request so made is reasonable. 5.

The application is, therefore, disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the learned trial Court to decide Special POCSO Case No. 11/2016 within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of Writ of this Court. [A.M.BADAR, J.] KNP/Cr.Apln. 4283.2016
