The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Grievance Redressal Committee has now been constituted vide the Government Resolution dated 29th August, 2019 issued by the School Education and Sports Department, Maharashtra, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and approach the said committee by tendering a composite complaint. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as is prayed for. All contentions of the litigating parties are kept open.

If the petitioner lodges the complaint before the Committee within 30 days, the Committee shall issue notices to the respondents, returnable within 30 days and after granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, pass appropriate orders within 60 days, from the date of appearance of the parties.
