Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, notice was issued to the petitioner on 03.09.2021 directing to remain present on 09.09.2021 for the hearing in respect of cancellation of license of the school. According to the learned counsel, none of the licenses of petitioner school are canceled. The license of one school was canceled against which the writ petition is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending. 2.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions confirms that, there are no proceedings pending with regard to the cancellation of the license of the petitioner school with regard to the notice dated 03.09.2021. The learned A.G.P. further

(2) 8-wp-10093-2021 submits that, subsequently, on 07.09.2021 notice was issued to the petitioner institution regarding the enquiry about the misappropriation and disbursement of the salary as well as the renewal of the license.

We are not entering into the debate in the present matter about the issuance of any subsequent notice, also the petition is limited to the extent of notice dated 03.09.2021.

As it is submitted that, no proceedings are pending with regard to the hearing on cancellation of license of the petitioner institution, the said notice dated 03.09.2021 does not survive.

In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
