The applicant prays for recalling of the order dated 16/07/2015 by which Writ Petition No.5259/2015 was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

None appear for respondent Nos. 2 to 6 though an appearance has been entered.

The civil application has been filed within limitation. For the reasons set out in the application, same is allowed and the order of this Court dated 16/07/2015 is recalled on the condition that the petitioner/applicant shall remove all office objections on or before 06/01/2017. After removal of office objections, the writ petition shall be restored.
