The learned counsel submits that since June 2017 the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2. No decision has been taken on it as yet.

The learned counsel submits that vigilance has not yet been conducted.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.08.2019. Till the validation proceedings are decided, 1/2

16.wp.9224.19.odt the respondent No. 3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that his tribe claim is pending. The respondent No. 3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.
