The learned counsel submits that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. Result of the petitioner of last semester of 4th year is withheld. 2.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.08.2019 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that his tribe claim is 1/2
