Notwithstanding the above, we have gone through the memo of the petition and the prayers put forth by the petitioner. Directions have been sought for considering the proposal of the petitioner for starting a new school.

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2 - WRIT PETITION NO. 10313 OF 2012 after a passage of five years, the policy for granting permission to open a new school may have undergone a change.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to make an application in the event of any advertisement being published by the State for the starting of a new school and in case such an application, pursuant to the advertisement is made, the same would be considered by the appropriate authorities strictly in accordance with it's policies and Rules applicable.
