This contempt petition filed in the year 2014 alleges the contempt on the part of the respondent authorities in not complying the directions of this Court vide order dated 14th February, 2013 in Writ Petition No.8605/2012.

The respondents were directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner for opening of Urdu Medium Primary School within a period of eight weeks from the date of order. 3.

Learned A.G.P. has placed on record two communications dated 12th December, 2025 addressing to the A.G.P. of this Court and also to the petitioner, wherein it is informed that the proposal of the petitioner's school is rejected by the Government. The copy of communications are taken on record as Annexure "X-1" Collectively for identification purpose.
