Present application has been filed for getting delay of 06 days condoned in filing second appeal.

Learned Advocate Mr. T. M. Venjane appearing for respondent No.2 Caveator has strong objection, however, taking into consideration the duration of the delay and the reasons stated, though the respondent No.1 is not issued with the notice, however since the matter is pending from 2018 and it is only in respect of the condoning the delay of 06 days, this Court would definitely use the discretion. 3.

The application stands allowed and disposed of. The delay caused in filing second appeal stands condoned. 4.

Registry to verify and register the second appeal and place it for further consideration on 11-08-2021.
