The applicant-claimant has moved this application seeking withdrawal of amount in view of withdrawal of appeal by the appellant-insurance company vide order dated 05.03.2020.

On due consideration of submissions advanced in the light of order dated 05.03.2020 passed by this Court (Coram : V.L. Achliya, J), the applicant is entitled to receive the amount deposited with this Court. 3.

Hence subject to payment of deficit Court fees within two weeks, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The
