The petitioners who are serving as Assistant Teachers in different schools under Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, are seeking transfer out side the difficult area pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 15 February 2018. Their representations are pending with the respondent no. 3 - Chief Executive Officer.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent no. 3 - Chief Executive Officer, to consider and decide the petitioners' representations at exhibit 'E' collectively, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today and in the light of the aforementioned Government Resolution and the observations of this Court in the matter of Sayali Shashank Atak Versus State of Maharashtra and others, in Writ Petition No. 2490 of 2021, decided on 08 September 2021 (exhibit 'G').
