After hearing the Counsels for both sides, when this Court has shown its disinclination to cause interference in the order impugned on the ground that the remedy sought to be availed by the Petitioners for seeking promotion by filing complaint under Unfair Labour Practices may not be tenable at this stage as no discrimination is sought to be done by the Employer Umesh
