DATED : 30th APRIL, 2015 P.C. :- The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondent Nationalized Bank to grant proposal of the petitioner for advancement of loan, submitted on 29.7.2008 for starting Printing Press Business. However, the discretion, as requested by the petitioner need not be exercised under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and it is for the concerned Bank to consider the proposal on its own merits and take appropriate steps. If at all, the petitioner has any grievance in respect of bonafides of Branch Manager or any other Officer, it is open for the petitioner to approach the higher Officer of the Bank. With liberty as aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of.
