The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of only 31 days in filing Civil Revision Application. The learned Counsel for the sole respondent/caveator despite appearance, remained absent. As such, considering the short period of delay, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks. The Civil Revision Application be registered after removal of office objections, if any. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
