The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, his validation proceeding is pending since the year 2008. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with the Committee, then the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three

(03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
