We have heard both the sides.

The petition was filed since petitioner was anxious that in spite of her ornaments having been allegedly stolen from the bank's locker, the matter was not being looked upon with the seriousness expected of the police machinery.

Admittedly, offence has been registered. As was indicated on the last date, even the investigation is on. It is only because of fact that she is carrying no steps are being taken to arrest the accused no.2. Admittedly, successive anticipatory bail application of the accused no.3 have been turned down by the Sessions Court and even she has

Having seen that, the initial anxiety of the petitioner has now been addressed to, in the form of registration of crime and in view of the fact that the investigation is going on, according to us the purpose of filing writ petition has been served.
