DATE : 25th MARCH, 2021 PER COURT :- This is an application preferred by applicants-claimants in land reference for withdrawal of amount on the ground that the appeal has already been disposed of because of settlement arrived before the Lok Adalat on 13th July, 2019. 2.

In view of the fact that the matter has already been settled before the Lok Adalat, the applicants-claimants are entitled to receive the amount of compensation as per settlement arrived before the Lok Adalat.

In that view of the matter, the applicants-claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount, as held entitled for, as per the settlement before the Lok Adalat, along with interest, if any, accrued thereon.

The civil application is disposed of.
