PER COURT :- Heard Shri A.S.Gandhi, learned Counsel for the applicants, Shri D.P.Deshpande, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 and Shri C.K.Shinde, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

The prayer made in the present application is difÏcult to be considered by this Court for the reason that some enquiry is necessary in the present application. In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to transmit the amount permitted to be withdrawn by this Court to the Executing Court. The applicants may file an appropriate application before the Executing Court and the Executing Court after conducting due enquiry, may consider their application for withdrawal of amount in terms of the order passed by this Court.

Civil application stands disposed of.

{2} 941 CA 10434 OF 2018 Registry to transmit the amount permitted to be withdrawn by the present applicants to the Executing Court i.e. Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Kopargaon, alongwith the present order.
