First Appeal No.2552/2016 was decided by this Court on 15.7.2019. Thereafter, it appears that 50% of the deposited amount was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court on 5th May, 2017. Now, since the entire appeal itself has been disposed of, there is no hurdle in allowing the original claimant to withdraw the entire amount which now accrued. The application stands allowed.
