Learned counsel for applicants submits that after filing of this application, enquiry was dealt and it is revealed that beside the applicants there are two legal representatives who are sisters of applicants to be made party to the proceeding. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application making all the legal representatives as party to the application. Allow to withdraw.
