It appears that though longer date was given, even on the date fixed for hearing, the counsel remained absent due to his personal difficulties. The matter relates to immovable property. Even the interim relief came to be passed by the Court during pendency of the Writ Petition. Thus, considering the entire aspect of this matter and for the reasons stated in the application, the
