1) The learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the other side counsel is not turning up and only small point is involved, entitlement of the Government to collect the amount in respect of N.A. assessment. It appears that the amount is already deposited by the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd. and the Government want to take the amount.

2) In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. The Government is entitled to withdraw the amount.
