Services of the petitioner are terminated only on the ground that petitioner has failed to submit validity certificate.

Mr. Tope,, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is issued with the validity certificate on 09.08.2019. The petitioner is terminated from 18.07.2019. 3.

It was not in the hands of the petitioner to get the validity before the stipulated time. In light of that, the impugned order terminating services of the petitioner is quashed and set aside.

The respondents shall reinstate the petitioner in service within seven days from today.

The petitioner would be entitled for continuity in service, however, would not be entitled for back wages from the date of termination till reinstatement. 6.
