We have considered the controversy that was addressed to us. A Regular Civil Suit No.241 of 2023 is pending between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos. 5 to 8. The grievance of the Petitioners is that the Respondents suppressed their (Petitioners) claims/shares and received the entire compensation amount. The shares will have to be demarcated in the pending suit and thereafter, the amounts will have to be quantified to be followed by an order of recovery of amounts.

We do not find that such controversy can be considered in the Writ jurisdiction of this Court.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that he would move an application for amending R.C.S. No.241 of 2023 on the basis of all these events.

With the aforesaid statement, this Petition is disposed off. 5.

Needless to state, all the contentions of all the litigating parties are kept open.
