If such a representation is made, the respondents shall consider and decide the said representation on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after taking into consideration the Government resolution dated

WP 8382/16 - 2 - 1.3.2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
