Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the Tribunal had set aside the order only to the extent of recovery of excess amount. However, contempt is filed by the present respondent.

According to Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for the respondent No.1, the order of reversal and recovery both are set aside by the Tribunal.

Considering the order passed by the Tribunal, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to seek clarification from the Tribunal with regard to the order impugned in the present writ petition. The petitioner may file appropriate application in that behalf with the Tribunal, which the Tribunal would consider.
