Learned A.G.P. submits that in terms of ratio laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, reported in 2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915, alternate efficacious remedy of filing second revision before the State Government is available to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty of avail alternate remedy so available in law. Leave granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

In case if such alternate remedy is availed within three weeks from today, the time spent in pursuing this writ petition shall be considered by the authority before whom the alternate remedy is availed, for condonation of delay, if any.
