We have heard Mr. Bachate, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 5.

Mr. Bachate, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the direction be given to hold the election of Vividh Karyakari Seva Sahakari Society, Palvan-A, Taluka and District Beed.

Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 5 submits that, the steps are now being taken. The letters are already issued to the Societies to deposit the amount and the provisional voters list for conduct of election.

As the process has already commenced, the grievance of the petitioner to a large extent stands redressed.

If in future, the steps for conducting the elections are denied, then the petitioner may agitate fresh. The petitioner may renew his prayer as made in prayer Clause (B).

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
