The learned AGP has produced the Government Resolution dated 13/04/2016, by which, the issue as to whether the property belongs to the Shia/Sunni Wakf and whether the property is a wakf property, shall be decided by the Wakf Board. Copy of the said Government Resolution is handed over to the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits upon perusing the G.R. that he would approach the Wakf Board within six weeks and the time spent by the petitioner in this Court, should be a ground for condonation of delay, in the

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Wakf Board. The time spent in this Court from 24/07/2019 until four weeks from today within which period the proceedings would be filed, shall be considered as a ground for condonation of delay. 4.

Any other ground put forth for condonation of delay would be considered on its own merits.
