ORDER

This is an application for condonation of delay in bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent N.5-Nathabai Ramdas Teli on record.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice and having regard to the fact that the applicants-original applicants No.1 to 4, who are also legal reprsentatives o the original applicant No.5, are already on record, the application for condonation of delay stands allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (B).
