Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants, learned AGP appearing for the respondent/State and learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

The limited prayer in the application is of permission to bring the legal representatives of the deceased Shivkumar Sidramppa Shastri on record. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the Reference Application Shivram Sidramppa Shastri expired on 24.11.2014 and it would be necessary to bring his legal representatives on record so as to prosecute the

( 2 ) ca10370.18 claim.

Our attention was also invited to the copy of the certificate issued by 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur dated 06.11.2017 thereby referring to the fact that Kamla W/o. Shivkumar Shastri and Ravindra S/o. Shivkumar Shastri who were the applicants before the Court and are the legal heirs of the deceased. As the prayer in the application is only for bringing the legal representatives on record and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.
