Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel appearing for proposed LR's of respondent No. 1, and learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 14-i to 14v, 2-v, 2vi, 3-i to 3-iii and 14-vi.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel states that he will file Vakalatnama for the proposed LR's of

Considering the fact that the applicant has filed application for leave to file appeal as he was not party to the proceedings before the Courts below, that respondent No. 1 died on 01/06/2019 and this application is moved on 24/07/2019, as application is in time it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) to bring on record LR's of respondent No. 1.

Applicant to carry out the necessary amendment within two weeks.

Place the matter for further consideration on 26/02/2020.
