The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the petitioner for injunction bearing R.C.S. No.491 of 2010 is pending since the year 2010. The petitioner has completed his evidence. The respondent is not prosecuting the matter and the Court is also not deciding the matter.

We are not aware of the pendency of the suits before the learned Judge dealing with the matter. It appears that, the petitioner had filed application on 03-12-2019 for early disposal of the suit. Gajanan

From March - 2020, because of the lockdown the suits could not be proceeded further.

Now, as the regular working has commenced, the learned Judge shall consider the application filed by the petitioner for expeditious disposal of the suit. Considering that the suit is pending since 11 years and it is too long a period for the suit not being decided, the learned Judge shall try to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
