PER COURT :- The applicant is present in person. Vide this Civil Application, the applicant has tendered unconditional apology for not appearing in the Court and not responding to the notices issued by this Court. Pursuant to the issuance of bailable warrant, the applicant has appeared.

Reasons are given in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the application.

It is noticed that, in many matters this Education Officer has not responded to the notices of this Court inspite of the same being issued repeatedly and being served upon him. As a last resort, this Court was required to issue warrant. It is stated in the application that, henceforth the applicant would take all possible care and caution.

In normal course, we would not have accepted the apology, however, considering that it would affect service career of the applicant, we are not taking any further action and accepting the apology.

Considering the above, order directing issuance of bailable warrant is recalled.

Civil application stands disposed of.
