Asha Rasal submits that respondent nos.1 and 2 have filed a pursis dated 05.07.2021 along with it they have filed the order of the Presiding Officer, Latur dated 06.12.2014. The order of the School Tribunal indicates that the appeal filed by the petitioner no.2 is withdrawn. Therefore, nothing remains in this petition. She submits that the petition has become infructuous. She, therefore, submits that the petition be disposed of as infructuous. Learned counsel Shri Karnik h/f. Shri Dhage learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and Shri Salgre learned counsel for the respondent no.2 have no objection for the same.
