Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Present petition is filed by the petitioner for reinstatement in the respondent School. According to the respondents, she was serving as peon since 1989 and subsequently on 29.10.2013, petitioner was orally terminated. Appeal challenging the same is dismissed by the School Tribunal. Hence this petition.

I have gone through the reasons recorded by the learned School Tribunal so also the record and proceedings of the present petition.

It appears from the record that the petitioner had served with the respondent School only for two years i.e. 1991-92 and 1992-93 which is clear from the 1/2

1wp-5533-16.odt muster roll. There is absolutely no evidence on record to show that the petitioner was in service of the School after 1993. Similarly, there is no evidence on record to show about her oral termination subsequently in the year 2013. Hence there is no substance in the writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
