1. The application is filed for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration of second appeal is refused due to some office objections. Heard the learned counsel for applicant. In view of the submissions made and the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The order made by the learned Registrar Judicial, refusing registration of second appeal is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant is to remove the office objections prior to 11.9.2015. If the office objections are not removed prior to 11.9.2015, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
