Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, after the Applicant was protected by this Court vide order dated 17th March, 2025 on certain conditions, the Applicant is not in his contact. He submits that, appropriate orders be passed.

Learned APP appearing for the Respondent - State submits that, by the order dated 17th March, 2025, the Applicant was protected by interim order on certain conditions, which reads as under : "A] Till the next date, in the event the applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.37/2025, registered with CIDCO Police Station, Taluka & District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(N), 506 of
18-ABA-424-2025.odt IPC, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. B] The applicant shall remain present before the investigating officer as and when required by the investigating officer. C] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in his possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.
D] The applicant shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence."

Learned APP tenders a copy of the report submitted by the Investigating Officer dated 17th April, 2025 that, the Applicant was asked to attend the Police Station on 7th and 8th April, 2025 between 10:30 a.m. to 01:30 p.m., however, the Applicant did not attend and entry in that regard is made in the station diary.

From the above submission, it is clear that, the Applicant misused the protection granted to him. Hence, Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.

In view of dismissal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, Criminal Application for assist to P.P. does not survive and the same stands disposed off accordingly.
