The petitioner / husband desires to withdraw this petition so as to make a request before the Family Court to refer this matter to a trained Mediator keeping in view the statement of the respondent / wife in paragraph No.11 of her Written Statement dated 1.3.2017 that she desires to live with the petitioner. The petitioner also desires to save his marriage.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make a request to the Family Court, Nanded for referring the matter to a trained Mediator. If such a request is made, the learned Family Court, Nanded would consider referring the matter to a trained Mediator.
