The petitioner is seeking documents. The documents such as vigilance report, Rojnama are specified and other documents are not specified. The petitioner has not specified the copy of the speaking orders which he is interested to obtain.

The petitioner shall specify the documents, pertaining to his sons and daughters. The learned A.G.P. submits that the Committee would supply those documents to the petitioner. The same shall be supplied within fifteen days from the date the documents specified by the petitioner.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
