The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the vehicle has been seized under panchanama. However, no order has been passed, no penalty has been imposed. As no order is passed, the petitioners are not in a position to fle an appeal. The vehicle of the petitioners is detained since September, 2020. The petitioners have approached the Tahsildar, SubDivisional Ofcer and the Collector for release of their vehicles, but in vain.

The Sub-Divisional Ofcer shall take decision upon the application of the petitioners. The petitioners shall fle afresh application with the concerned Sub-Divisional Ofcer for release

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
