Heard learned Counsels and the learned AGP appearing for the respective parties.

Mr Pulkundwar, learned Advocate for respondent nos.3 to 5 submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been met with. The steps are initiated against the delinquent i.e. Mr Kanwade. The additional charge has been taken away from him. He is also suspended and enquiry is being proceeded against him. 3.

The affidavit suggests that the said Kanwade has been suspended and enquiry is also contemplated against him. Show cause notice is already issued to the said delinquent. It is also stated that, Mr Kanwade is transferred as well.

In light of the affidavit filed by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Nanded the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
