1) Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive representation to Director of Education (Secondary), Aurangabad Region, Aurangabad.

2) The writ petition is dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

3) In case a comprehensive representation is filed by the petitioner, keeping in view the provisions of Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Management) Act, 1976, the Director of Education (Secondary) shall consider such representation, including locus of the petitioner, as expeditiously

as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.

4) Needless to observe that the parties be given sufficient opportunity to raise their respective contentions.

5) We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised in the petition and it is left open to the concerned authority to consider the contentions advanced by the parties, keeping in view of the provisions of the Act of 1976 and other relevant provisions.
