Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed.

The petitioner shall place on record a short affidavit, accompanied

by the documents from page Nos. 5 to 28 of Civil Application on/or before the 15th day of March, 2017.

After the copies of the additional affidavit and documents are supplied to the litigating sides, they are at liberty to enter their affidavits on or before the 31st day of March, 2017.
