Though the writ petition is filed on 30th August, 2014, the same is not circulated as yet. The petitioner assails the order dated 02.12.2013 thereby higher pay scale given to the petitioner was withdrawn.

The respondent no. 2 Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Beed may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representation dated 8/5/5014 filed by the petitioner regarding cancellation of order dated 2/12/2013 to the extent of petitioner.

Considering the prayer seeking directions to decide representation, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner dated 08.05.2014, if not already decided in accordance law and policy, within a period of six (06) months after the petitioner brings this order to the notice of the respondent No. 2. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
