Shri. Arvind G. Ambetkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, this is the matter with regard to the interdistrict transfers. The petitioners are not being considered for the transfer and the junior to the petitioner are considered for the transfers to the places of their choice. The petitioners as per

2 50WP8776.2018 Government Resolution dt. 24.04.2017 are entitled to be considered for transfer.

We are in the midst of February-2019. As per the Government Resolution dt. 24.04.2017, the petitioners have a remedy to approach the Commissioner and put forth their grievance. In case the petitioners approach the Commissioner, the Commissioner shall decide the grievance of the petitioners within 30 days from the date of receipt of their grievance.

The petitioners may also make representation at the time of general transfers for the year 2019-20 which will also be considered by the authorities on its own merit.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
