Under order dated July 19, 2018, we had issued bailable warrant to respondent no. 3, as respondent no. 3 was not responding to the Advocate for giving instructions. The civil application is filed for recall of the said order. Respondent no. 3 is present in the Court. The reason given in the application is not convincing. However, considering that the affidavit is filed by respondent no. 3 to the writ petition, so also,

2 ca 10120.18 considering that the applicant has tendered unconditional apology, we recall our order dated July 19, 2018, issuing bailable warrant to the present applicant with a rider that henceforth the applicant shall be diligent in prosecuting the case in the Court.
