Considering the order dated 03.11.2023 passed by this Court and the order dated 20.10.2023 passed by the Desk Officer, State of Maharashtra, the Competent Authority has concluded that Petitioner No.11 is not qualified to receive the benefits of the G.R. dated 13.10.2016. 2.

The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits that since the grievance of other Petitioners is addressed and it is only Petitioner No.11 who will have to challenge the order of rejection, this petition may be disposed off with liberty to Petitioner No.11 to initiate proceedings for challenging the said order.

In view of the above and with liberty to Petitioner No.11, this petition is disposed off. All contentions of the Petitioners as well as the Department, are kept open.
